Introducing the GUARANTEE That Puts The Customer First.

Laser Imaging (LI) covers all equipment we provide with our Customer Protection Policy for the term of your lease/maintenance agreement for new or certified pre-owned. Your equipment will be maintained according to factory specifications to ensure you at least 98% uptime. We guarantee this in several ways:
  • LI will respond to all emergency service calls and be at your location within a period of 4 hours from notification. Our hours of normal operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. After-hours or weekend service is available.

  • If any unit becomes unserviceable, LI will replace that unit with a like model of equal or greater capabilities if the unit has remained under a LI Maintenance Agreement. If a unit is unable to deliver the required level of performance for a period of more than 30 days, LI will replace the unit with a similar unit of equal or greater capabilities.

  • All equipment will be repaired in a timely manner. If it is determined that a repair will be extensive, or if your unit will need to be removed from your office for servicing, LI will deliver a service loaner unit at no additional expense to you.
